The container tilter system is a fully‑hydraulic, high‑reliability container turnover solution. Driven by its hydraulic power unit, it effortlessly achieves ±90° rotation for fully‑loaded containers up to 35 tonnes, enabling bulk‑material loading and unloading operations. Multiple models are available to match different host equipment, such as reach stackers, forklifts and trucks.

Hydraulic Container tilters

Our 20′, 40′ container tilter is a sectional model designed to ship overseas in a container or domestically on a truck. It is built to be strong with easy, low-cost installation. Our large, fit-together pieces mean that no costly, dangerous, and time-consuming field welding is required, unlike other manufacturers.

Container tilters that can be designed to either load or unload 20 to 40 foot intermodal containers. These can be set up to work with flatbed trailers or a transfer car rail system. The bulkhead retainer, with or without a discharge manifold, can be used to interface with your takeaway system. Our systems are not a “one size fits all”. We will modify our equipment to suit your systems and materials handled. Tilters can be set up to elevate from 30 degrees to 65 degrees.

 

 

ZFITA Container tilters may be permanently affixed to a concrete foundation or equipped with a sub-frame for semi-portable operation on a concrete slab. Tilters may be equipped with a scale system for continuous weighing. Bulk loads delivered in intermodal containers are a step to the future.

Product Features

1)The equipment adopts a joystick to control the operation of hydraulic cylinders, featuring stable turning without slipping or tilting, as well as safety and stability.

2)It is capable of rotating containers, which can be turned to any angle as required, with the characteristics of simple operation, flexible and reliable use.

3)The equipment can be controlled by a remote controller, allowing operators to work away from the turning platform. It also features gentle lifting and lowering, with smooth and free flipping.

4)The equipment is lightweight and flexible to move, enabling the conversion of containers from horizontal to vertical position without the use of large-scale machinery.

5)The equipment adopts hydraulic locks to fix and suspend the turning container.

6)The use of this equipment can improve turning efficiency.

7)This suspended turning machine must be used with a travelling crane; it can also be flipped on-site outdoors with a crane. As long as the equipment can be lifted, it can flip freely, conveniently and quickly.

8)The equipment is characterized by no restrictions on the tilting angle.

Maintenance Cost Composition of Container Tilters Container tilters are mainly hydraulically driven with heavy-duty structures. Their maintenance costs focus on hydraulic systems, transmission structures,

wearing parts replacement, etc.

 

The 90° and 180° models differ in maintenance priorities.

1. Hydraulic System Maintenance (Highest Proportion) – Expenses for regular replacement, inspection and filtration of hydraulic oil – Replacement and maintenance of hydraulic pumps, cylinder seals, and pipeline joints – Troubleshooting and maintenance of hydraulic valves such as solenoid valves and relief valves – The 180° model has a more complex hydraulic circuit, leading to significantly higher costs in this aspect
