Can you work on custom design projects?
Yes, Zfita has a strong R&D team that can propose customized solutions based on clients’ specific project requirements, and adjust equipment parameters and dimensions according to on‑site conditions to meet customers’ unique needs.
Can you send engineers for on‑site guidance or services?
Yes, ZFITA can dispatch English‑speaking engineers to the construction site in your country for on‑site reassembly guidance of equipment, or to any location where our technical support is required.
How is your quality guarantee terms?
We give 5 years steel structure quality guarantee while the core components are 2 years.

What payment terms can you accept?
Usually we do T/T 30-50% in advance, balance before shippment. However we can also accept L/C payment for the balance payment after the first order.

What is your delivery time ?
Most of our equipments like the container tilter, hydraulic truck dumper, steel deck truck scales takes around three weeks for production while the container telescopic feeder conveyor takes around four weeks. Contact us to get more details.
