Bulk Truck Unloading Solution

Industry Challenges

Limited Unloading Efficiency

Limited Unloading Efficiency

Conventional trucks are economical, but unloading bulk materials can be slow and labor-intensive without a dedicated tipping system.

Difficult-to-Unload Bulk Materials

Difficult-to-Unload Bulk Materials

Sticky or cohesive materials such as DDGS can remain in the truck bed after conventional unloading, requiring extra time and manual cleaning.

High-Capacity Operations Need Reliable Systems

High-Capacity Operations Need Reliable Systems

Large grain facilities, ports and mines require unloading systems that can handle long trucks, heavy loads and continuous operation with low maintenance.

Bulk Truck Unloading Solution

Full-Truck Tipping for Fast, Complete Unloading

Our hydraulic truck dumping system lifts and tilts the entire truck and its load up to 60–65°, allowing bulk materials to discharge quickly and completely. It enables economical conventional trucks to achieve efficient bulk unloading without requiring a dedicated dump truck fleet.

Key Features

  • 60–65° High-Angle Tipping
  • Full-Truck Load Discharge
  • Fast Unloading Cycle
  • Works with Conventional Trucks

Vibration-Assisted Unloading for Sticky Materials

For cohesive materials such as DDGS, wet grain and biomass, residual material can remain inside the truck bed. Optional vibration helps loosen and discharge difficult materials more thoroughly, reducing manual cleaning and material loss.

Key Features

  • Optional Vibration Function
  • Better Material Release
  • Reduced Residual Material
  • Less Manual Cleaning

Heavy-Duty Capacity, Built for Large-Scale Operations

Designed for demanding applications, the system can be customized for platforms 18 m or longer and lifting capacities of 100–120 tons, up to 150 tons or more. Foundation and foundation-free configurations are available for long-term, reliable operation in grain facilities, ports, mines and other high-throughput sites.

Key Features

  • 18 m+ Platform Length
  • 100–150+ Ton Capacity
  • Foundation or Foundation-Free
  • Heavy-Duty, Low Maintenance

Traditional Unloading Methods VS ZFITA Hydraulic Truck Dumper

Traditional Truck UnloadingZFITA Hydraulic Truck Dumper
Unloading EfficiencySlow unloading cycles and often requires additional handling or manual work.Tilts the entire truck up to 60–65° for fast, one-step bulk unloading.
Material DischargeSticky or cohesive materials may remain in the truck bed, requiring manual cleaning.Optional vibration helps discharge DDGS, wet grain and other difficult materials more completely.
Truck & CapacityDedicated dump trucks are required for efficient tipping, increasing fleet investment costs.Allows economical conventional trucks to perform efficient tipping, with capacities up to 100–150+ tons.
Long-Term OperationFixed unloading facilities can have limited flexibility and may require complex infrastructure.18 m+ customized platforms, foundation or foundation-free configurations, designed for heavy-duty and long-term operation.

Working Principle

The container tilter utilizes advanced hydraulic drive technology to tilt standard containers to a preset angle within the 15°–90° range.Driven by gravity, the material flows toward the front of the container, gradually filling the entire internal space to achieve high-density loading.Compared to traditional horizontal loading methods, this approach significantly improves volumetric utilization, reduces the number of shipments, and lowers logistics costs.

Value delivered to the customer

Faster Truck Turnaround

Rapid, full-load unloading shortens unloading cycles and increases truck throughput.

Lower Fleet Investment

Use economical conventional trucks instead of purchasing a large fleet of dedicated dump trucks.

More Complete Unloading

High-angle tipping and optional vibration help remove residual material, especially for sticky bulk products.

Reduced Labor Requirements

Automated hydraulic tipping minimizes manual unloading and truck-bed cleaning.

Higher Handling Capacity

Heavy-duty designs can handle 100–150+ tons and customized platform lengths of 18 m or longer.

Lower Long-Term Operating Costs

Robust construction and flexible foundation options support reliable operation with reduced maintenance requirements.
