Vertical Container Unloading Solution

Industry Challenges

High Labor Dependency 1

High Labor Dependency

Manual unloading is costly and slow, severely limiting daily throughput and exposing workers to safety risks.

Poor Size Adaptability

Conventional tilting equipment is rigidly built for specific sizes and fails to handle standard shipping containers.

Container Damage & High Cost

Container Damage & High Cost

Dedicated container tilters often stress and deform container frames, while carrying prohibitive costs.

Bulk Container Unloading Solution

Automated Unloading, One Person Only

The container tilter lifts and tilts the container to a preset angle, allowing bulk materials to flow naturally toward the front of the unit under gravity. This fully automated process eliminates the need for manual shoveling or sweeping, transforming what used to take hours of labor into a simple push-button operation.

  • Cuts labor costs by over 80%

  • Unloads a full container in minutes

  • Eliminates manual handling hazards

  • Boosts daily throughput significantly

Tailored Models for Every Container Size

We offer dedicated models for 20ft, 40ft, and a versatile universal model that accommodates both. Each model is precision-engineered to match the specific container size it serves, ensuring optimal clamping force and tilt stability. For operations handling mixed container fleets, our universal model delivers the ultimate flexibility—all without compromising on unloading efficiency.

  • Dedicated 20ft and 40ft models available

  • Universal model handles both sizes seamlessly

  • Precision fit ensures stable and safe operation

  • Choose the right model for your fleet needs

Secure Tipping, Lower Damage & Operating Costs

A robust locking and tipping structure keeps the container securely supported throughout the unloading cycle. Controlled hydraulic movement reduces sudden impact and unnecessary stress on the container and equipment, helping maintain reliable performance through repeated heavy-duty operation.

  • Secure container locking and support
  • Controlled hydraulic tipping
  • Reduced container and equipment damage
  • Lower long-term maintenance costs

Working Principle

The Container Tilter is designed to efficiently unload bulk materials from standard shipping containers by rotating the loaded container from a horizontal to a near-vertical position. After the container is securely positioned and locked onto the tilter, the hydraulic system gradually lifts and tilts the container to the required angle, allowing the bulk material to discharge through the container doors under gravity. The material is collected by a receiving hopper or transferred directly to downstream conveying equipment, while the controlled tilting process ensures stable and efficient unloading with minimal manual intervention. After the material has been fully discharged, the tilter smoothly returns the empty container to its horizontal position for removal.

Value delivered to the customer

Faster Unloading

Rapidly tilts the container to enable fast, gravity-assisted discharge and shorter unloading cycles.

Lower Labor Costs

Reduces manual handling and requires minimal operator intervention during the unloading process.

Higher Material Recovery

Helps discharge bulk materials more completely, reducing residual material left inside the container.

Cleaner Unloading

Enables controlled material discharge with less spillage, dust, and manual intervention around the unloading area.

Safer Operation

Securely locks and supports the container throughout the tilting process for stable and controlled unloading.

Flexible Site Integration

Can be integrated with receiving hoppers, conveyors, silos, and other downstream material handling systems.
