Deep Foundation Type Truck Unloading Platform:
Truck Unloading Platform is a fully concealed, flush-with-the-ground flip-up device that provides greater operational flexibility on-site. When not in use, it does not interfere with other operations in the area. Two main hydraulic cylinders are arranged side-by-side on the left and right sides of the platform bottom. During operation, the system automatically detects the running status of both cylinders and sends the data to the PLC via angle sensors for real-time synchronous correction. Furthermore, utilizing our company’s unique steel structure welding technology, it is equipped with a 1.5t mechanical balancing frame to ensure the equipment remains unaffected by external interference or other special circumstances. Multiple protection measures are incorporated to ensure safe, stable, and reliable synchronous operation of the two cylinders.
